McDonald's

"This will now be my second time ordering through an app, once through a third party and the other through McDonald's themselves. Both times I have ordered a milkshake and never got the straw to consume said shake. First time I was told I need to specify I would like a straw but the second time I wasn't given an option. I know this is small beans but still is a waste of money when I order something and don't have the "proper" utensils to consume. Just wish I didn't have to literally ask for utensils to consume my meal when it should go without question."

"The female working the cashier window today at 11am was completely incompetent. She put the wrong order up on the screen, I corrected her at the window and she said sorry and said she fixed it…I told her the amount was incorrect and that it should be more expensive….she said “it’s because it’s on sale”. I get to the next window and the next person hands me the exact wrong order that I was confirmed that I corrected on her behalf. I was so frustrated that I left without anything and didn’t get any money back… But I want to be fair here, the food is usually above par compared to other locations. But this type of incompetence had to be noted."

"Mcdonalds deceives with their pictured adds giving one price 7.69 for sausage egg mcmuffin meal with orange juice #2 and charging 1.39 upgrade price. Fine print on explaining price change. One thing I hate is false or deceitful advertising. Not going to macdonalds any more."

"Typical McDonald’s. Fast and friendly service with good tasting fast food. Restrooms were clean. Toilets, soap dispenser, sink, and hand dryers were all touch less. Kids play place was closed so we didn’t get a chance to try it out. They also help conserve calories too. This is how a large fries look like. It sure does look different at the other McDonald’s locations."
