"I would only eat here if it really deems convenience. I have eaten here a few times prior to writing this review and I have been extremely disappointed in the value, temperature and appearance of the food. I had ordered a daily special of burgers which had all of its assembly in the wrapper and not on a burger and Shamrock milkshake is essentially a mint laxative. The way the meals are prepared here serves as a great reminder to keep snacks in your car until you get home or eat somewhere else."

"Food is always consistent but the speed of service for mobile orders is always lacking. Several times I have literally seen my order ready and sitting on the food consolidation area bagged up and everything. But no one brings it over and it takes at least 5 minutes for someone to come over and acknowledge you. Don't even try to curbside because it takes twice as long long someone to bring it out to you. They need to give more staffing hours or change their deployment of people bc it is NOT working."

"Here in DuPont on business from Texas and I decided to stop here for a meal after work since it was close to my hotel. I get to my room and opened the burger and took one bite without looking. I immediately spit it out and took a look at the burger. This thing was disgusting and made like someone really hated me. Bread was soggy with these black spots. Meat was red and I asked for no onions or ketchup. Had onions and one spot of ketchup. I couldn’t eat any of it. I also ordered 2 apple pies that tasted like last week. Ruined my night after a long day at work."

"I only ordered a fries and a mocha frappe. Fries seems over deep fried, and they didn't had the machine ready for the mocha frappe so I sit in the parking lot for about 6-7 minutes or so, and then tell me they don't have it at all. They decided to offer a refund or a shake. I tried the shake but the texture and taste is so disgusting, I wonder if people ever order them. It should be removed from the menu."

"This McDonald’s is the absolute worst. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive through line. Ordered a quarter pounder with bacon meal. After I got to the window I was asked to pull into spot one to receive my meal. I waited over another 15 minutes. I had to walk into the store and ask them how long I needed to wait. The manager then had to remind the line and told them that she was tired of telling them to stop playing around. I got my meal. The fries were cold and I got a half piece of bacon for the additional $2 I had to pay. Avoid this place!!! This isn’t the first time this location has been unsatisfactory, just the first time I’ve actually been compelled to leave a review. What a complete waste of time and money.. “fast food” ridiculous. They didn’t even get the toppings on the burger."
