"Man I’m so disappointed. I went to this Muchas for more than three years because I live extremely close by. One day the name suddenly changed but I thought I’d give it a try anyways because I had several friends tell me it was just Muchas but rebranded. I ordered a breakfast burrito and a large Horchata, The lids don’t even fit the cups so the entire drink dumped on me after two sips, and the two sips tasted like some kind of white water it was horrible. I’ve been getting Horchata from the Muchas here for years and they were delicious every time. Also they wrap their burritos in this thick extremely waxy paper so by the time you open it your burrito is all gooey and soggy and the wax is coming off it was absolutely a horrible experience. RIP Muchas"

"*update: I tried them again and I had the same experience. Was left sitting in the drive through. It is 8:16, they advertise that they open at 8. Nada. I tried again due to their response to my review, but it was the same. It is 15 minutes past opening and we were sitting at the drive through, they never took our order. I called and it rang forever, they never picked up. Really bad customer service."

"I liked it as Muchas Gracias better. It's the same good food just much more expensive now. No more specials. That's what I always went there for. My usual went from $8 up to $15. I was very disappointed. They didn't give us one of the burritos we ordered or a receipt so when i went back and told the lady she said she couldnt help me cuz i didnt have a receipt. I was not happy needless to say. I probably won't go there again. :("

"I thought it was still Muchos Gracias, I was so tired I noticed the menu was different, but not the name. I went through the drive-thru around 10:00pm. Ordered an Oregon burrito, and nacho fries. The ff were very uncooked so that made the whole dish bad. I spent $33 for an Oregon burrito because I just couldn't eat the ff. I'm sorry to complain, I work in the restaurant industry and it's not that hard to make ff. I really want a refund or something because I had like 3 bites and couldn't eat anymore. Sorry but you need to know."

"I have been coming to this location since I was a kid. The building might be outdated and not the prettiest but the food is consistently awesome. The price range is good and they are open very late, like 4am on Friday and Saturday late. The staff is fast and friendly and food tastes homemade. You really get a good amount for the price. Update October 16, 2019 I'm not sure what's happening with this location but its starting to decline. This last time I got a full order of their carne asada chips and I did not get the correct change, yeah it's only a dollar but still and on top of that my nachos are mostly chips and it looks like a half order of the asada chips. I'm not sure if I will continue to come back to this location. Update April 19,2020 Bought a full order of their carne asada chip (again) and got a half. I guess that's what it is during a pandemic."
