"Ice cream machine was "broken" didn't have fries ready. I didn't come during a busy time. Took my order then didn't say anything. I had to guess to move forward. No one at the window and I had to wait before being greeted. No other customers were at the restaurant."

"Ordered dinner today through the drive thru and used my McDonald's app. The cashier didn't put my rewards in and had to ask me quite a few times which one I was using. When I got my food the bun was toasted way too long almost to the point of being burnt and the chicken was dry. The only thing I enjoyed from my meal was the Orange Hi-C. Don't think I will get food from this location again very dissatisfied."

"The dude could neither speak nor understand English. I waited at the window for 2 minutes then left. He was busy chatting with another worker who looked as if she ate a lot of this food. Burger King was much better."

"We’ve had issues in the past with this location. It normally takes a bit of time to get food. Today we needed to stop by after getting food at a different McDonald’s and having our order messed but but not realizing it till we were on the road. I made my new order for this location and selected drive thru since we were in our way somewhere. We arrived and saw that the line was long and wasn’t moving so we were going to switch our order to curbside but there’s only 1 spot so we changed it to carry out and went to head in. To discover all the doors had signs sending you to other doors just to find they were all locked and that you can’t pick up at the counter. But unable to update our order pick up option. So we got in line at the drive thru and had a person tell us multiple times that they did not have an order with our pick up order number. And then we said we could drive up to the window and show them. They didn’t come to the window for a few minutes and then they did we let them know we were the order they were arguing about not existing. They then turned around, grabbed the order and handed it to us without saying anything else. It was an incredibly bad experience that I would not go back to our location. It’s obviously understaffed but this isn’t just a staffing issue. This was a lack of customer service."

"We live right down the road, so we used to frequent this place for a late night snack. This place has gone SO FAR downhill over the last year or so. It's mind-blowing how terrible the service is. Orders are CONSTANTLY prepared/taken incorrectly, and it's infuriating. On top of that, they have started nickel and dime customers with ridiculous and inconsistent charges. Sometimes we get charged for sauces, sometimes we don't. They recently began charging an additional .25 cents for "only mayo" on a burger?! On one occasion, I was told to pull aside so they could bring the order to my car. Upon receiving my food, I looked in the bag and informed the gentleman that the honey mustard I requested was not in the bag (we like it for our fries). The man gave me an absolutely disgusted look, scoffs, and tells me "the sauces are only for nuggets, and you didn't order any." I'm sorry, sir. I could be tipping my toes in the sauce. It's none of your business what I'm using it for. If I request and pay for something, I expect to get it. No matter how low brow your establishment is."
