McDonald's

"In 10 years' time, one would think this location would get something right. MULTIPLE problems with today's order - to the point that it feels like they need to make money by NOT including sandwiches or fries. I am so tired of funding this franchise by paying for food I never receive."

"It's Sunday Jan 28th at 7:30am and just left this McDonald's and was treated terribly. A simple question about the McDonald's App was treated with disdain and ignorance. The Overweight Employee (Sorry I didn't get her name) literally walked away when asked a simple question. She said she knew nothing about the McDonald's App. Luckily for me another Customer who overheard the conversation came over to help. Another Employee named Anita came over to take my order and informed me the app is from a third party. It's a McDonald app and the employees aren't train to help a customer? This is my first negative review and I have wrote many. The young man who gave me my order seemed fine. Very disappointed in Customer Service I would recommend some training in how to treat their customers. SMH"

"I come here about 5 times a week and I had to change my order because they simply cannot make a hamburger without onions. Managers are unprofessional. Tyler likes to eat french fries right out of the warmer, no cares who sees him. And Anita will scream in your face that she is native American. Haley is the only professional and kind manager there. If you have gone and your food is good and so is the service, she is probably running the shift."

"This is our go-to stop for a quick bite when we're driving between the coast and the city. Always quick, tasty, and great service compared to other McDonald's or competitors. When we leave PDX, even if I'm really hungry, I wait until we reach Woodland to eat at this location."

"When you have a fast food business in a small town, it's imperative to ensure that the order is correct, as most people live pretty far from the store to return when the order is wrong. I don't know who's more at fault, the workers that get paid to do a job or my kids that failed to check the bag and missed an entire meal. Lesson learned for the kids I suppose."
