"They have changed the ‘all you can eat’ so much! They used to do it all week lunch + dinner.. then I called and asked why they don’t have it on Thursday they said oh it’s just during day on week days. Then changed to only Mondays.. I don’t know it’s all over the place I gave up. They also said kids 5 & under free.. I went in with my 2 kids sister and nieces I said is all you can eat free with buying adult buffet he says yes .. well sometimes.. I mean if you have 4 kids under 5 then no. He says but how many kids do you have to eat free? They say we can negotiate and like half kids could be half price.. I said what? Either you have a policy or not.. this isn’t a garage sale.. I don’t know the food is okay but they are unprofessional with their pricing and policies"

"The Pizza Factory has potential to be a really nice little pizza spot but unfortunately it seems as if management and ownership don't quite have it all together yet. A good experience to manager could take this restaurant and turn it into something that this little town has to talk about. The food really is quite good and the drinks are outstanding considering it's just a piece of joint. The all-around atmosphere could be quite nice considering it's a large clean establishment with multiple televisions but upon entering the staff don't seem to quite know what each other are doing the TVs seem to usually be set to something that isn't appropriate for public viewing and are turned up quite loud and the atmosphere tends to be overruled by an owner who should be more concerned with what's happening in her kitchen then hovering around patrons during their meal. All in all I give it a three out of five stars but as I said there's definite potential in this location. I recommend if you're going to go to the spot get takeaway because the food is quite good and maybe just have a quick drink while you're waiting for the food to be cooked because the drinks are also quite good as well but that way you don't have to deal with as much of the staff. All in all I do recommend that you try it out for yourself."

"We come here very regularly. And the pizza is very good. Their crust is perfect not to crunchy or burnt. The salad bar is very well stocked and the beer selection is good with at least 4-6 options."

"Ordered a pizza for delivery. I was told that it would be delivered in 30 minutes. An hour later it still hadn't been delivered so I called to find out what was going on. At first I was told that they didn't have any actual record of my order which was already paid for by credit card. When I asked to speak with a manager,I was informed that she wasn't working. I finally got to speak with the young woman who was supposed to be in charge, and was rudely told that they only have one driver and that I would just have to wait longer. I was given a coupon for a free pizza when it finally arrived. I'd much rather be told honestly when my order is expected to arrive instead."

"Stopped in for a quick afternoon bite while traveling from Medford to Port Angeles and it was great! Split a lasagna with Katy and the tomato sauce was awesome! Best of all this is a family run business by folks who really care. If you want a quality experience with excellent food this is your number one choice hands down!"
