"Slow wait. The microwave EVERY burger that comes out in the wrapper. Restaurant is always gross."

"Product is consistent no matter where you go & so is staff and not in a good way. So often there seems to be an availability issue for chocolate, fornshakes, for toppings. When they have it, it's a great treat. The staff however is mostly unpleasant and very slow. Certainly very good at making you feel as though your visit is an inconvenience."

"The reviews about poor quality and long wait times are all accurate! 30 minutes for us in the drive through. There was no one in line when we got there, ordered right away. When we paid we weren’t given a receipt. One car was parked in the “hold” area ahead of us. After waiting 25+ minutes I walked into the restaurant to see what the hold up was. At least 4 employees were standing around a little office (probably wasting time with a supervisor). I FINALLY got someone’s attention and asked if it would be don’t soon since we had to get going. Was lied to and told they were “waiting on the fries” when I could clearly see tons in the warmer. Finally someone came and scooped the fries from the warmer that they definitely weren’t waiting on and handed me my order without an apology. This place needs some serious attention it’s almost like they treat it like a joke seeing how long they can get people to wait."

"Why does it take a whole staff of people 20 minutes to make a 4 peice chicken basket? Not only that it took 5 minutes for sombody to even take my order, and they finished my order, and then let it sit on the counter for another 3 minutes before going "did we give that basket to that kid?". Not only that but they got my order wrong, and the lady in front of me. It's dairy queen, not NASA. I have timed lunches for where I work and I'd rather eat flavored air then stand in that nursing home. Oh and my favorite part? Half of them just stood there laughing and talking with each other the whole time.Thanks guys."
