"I had a great experience with a washer and dryer, and i plan to purchase a refrigerator shortly. It feels like a family owned and operated business, and I feel the owner would honor the warranty he offers on his product. I felt he was an honest man to do business with. I do highly recommend. Of course you never really know about the true nature of a business until something goes wrong, and then you discover the true integrity of the owner. It's easy to be a great business person when the sell goes without a single problem. I've discovered though that eventually over some time reviews tell the true story to out bad business, which doesn't usually survive these days. It doesn't pay to screw folks over. I have been a reputable business owner for many years. I see it happen time and time again."
