"Gave me the wrong battery for my car I called to see if they had got in my right battery for my car. But but had to Settle for a cheaper battery, not what I want it. And The young man that helped me. Was not very helpful at all. I can't say if it was his people's skills or he was just lazy anyway."

"We are traveling and our battery was acting up. Our go to is usually Walmart because they are everywhere. But this one didn't have a service bay. So we went to AutoZone instead. Our battery was 8 years old so I am not surprised we had troubles. I went in and found a young man sticking the shelves and he came right out to test the battery and the charging system. Battery was bad, charging system was good. Of course they were out of the lowest priced batteries but the next level up was $209. A bit steep, but when traveling you don't have a lot of options. I asked about loaner tools and he said he would just come out and change it for me. He was a very courteous young man and we had a nice conversation about the area while he changed out the battery. Overall I was very pleased with this transaction. I only wish I remembered the young man's name who helped me."
