"Drove thru today. Ordered a Southwest salad. They didn't put the chicken on the salad. Ordered a chicken wrap. They didn't give me the wrap. Lazy. They didn't want to wait for the chicken to cook so they gave me my order half completed."

"Jack in the Box has really become unbelievably expensive the last few years. Far & above the most expensive fast food over anyone else. My husband mentioned seeing an ad for the restaurant and wanted to try a new sandwich. So we went through the drive-thru and were shocked at the total. When I mentioned my dismay about the $60 total to feed four people, one of whom is a toddler (kids meal), the cashier agreed, saying, "I know. I'm so sorry. It's bad. I get multiple customers a day who say the same thing and that they won't be back. I don't think Jack in the Box will last if they don't make some serious changes." I couldn't agree more. We bought two adult "meal deals", one chicken sandwich, one taco, & one kids' meal. For $60 bucks, we could have gone to a sit-down restaurant. I told the cashier that, like other customers, we wouldn't be back either. Outside of the exorbitant pricing, they also forgot my sandwich. We live far away, so I wasn't about to drive back."

"I cannot believe how expensive this place is for a burger. 2 burgers and 2 regular size shakes cost just under $40!!! I could have gone to Burgerville for that price, they have better quality food sourced locally. I think they are cheaper than Jack In the Box. I was shocked when the girl told us our total."

"This location it need a better management ,first at night time there’s employees inside and they never answer the cars, sometimes they’re smoking by the front door And today Decide to go and place an order I repeat my order five time and they still cannot get my order right, I asked for 4 tacos only lettuce they give me the tacos with hot sauce and cheese only , I asked for my onion ring To be fresh and I got onion rings hard like rock has really bad flavor like maybe that oil need to be change or was on holding time for ever and I try to call to let then know so the phone is not available how I supposed get my order right ? This is not the first time I’m one of the regular customer"
