"Came in May 8th at around 5pm. I was the only customer and walked up to order a coffee. There were two Starbucks employees cleaning up and talking with another great wolf lodge employee about the new Mario movie. Sat there for about a couple minutes while they continued there conversation totally ignoring the customer right in front of them. After 5 minutes I just walked away. Its all good Starbucks sucks anyways."
"This Starbucks was located inside Great Wolf Lodge. Friendly staff and fast service (of course we were down there before the morning rush). You can use your room band to pay for it!"
"Not what I was expecting from a Starbucks..Had issues with my order, the barista apparently knew my drink. She told me that only frappes have whipped cream and no coffee in their drinks.I had to pull up the app to show her that i did not make my order up-Cafe Vanilla. And they did not ask for anyones name so everyone waiting for their orders had to pick the orders up to look if it was theirs."

"My last visit to the Starbucks near my house is really great. I mobile ordered ahead and didn't have to wait. The only problem I have is that the lids for the cups aren't tight enough and the lid came off of my coffee drink and spilt everywhere in my vehicle. Luckily I hadn't left yet and the staff was nice enough to remake my drink for me when I went back inside and told them what happened. Goes to show that Starbucks has good customer service!"
