"They made our drinks wrong FOUR different times, and IT WAS THE SAME EXACT DRINK ALL FOUR TIMES!!!! They argued about the free refill policy and refused to honour our free refills until the manager was called up to the register to confirm said refill policy. The music was insanely LOUD and horrible, just people screaming with noise. Very unpleasant visit. Doubtful that we will ever return, at least to the Centralia location"

"My visit was on the 27th of July. I have really nothing negative to say. I had a vanilla Chai w/ soy milk and a breakfast sandwich. Both items were to my satisfaction. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing - meaning they left me alone. I did not use the restroom but my wife did and she told me the restroom were cleaned. Summary: I would tell me friends to go there and if I am in the area and need a place to wait for my wife - I would definitely go there."
