"I was looking for falken wildpeak at3w and they had them in stock and had best price as well. I went in there and it was super busy I told them I bought new wheels and looking for the falkens. The website said the closest appointment is Saturday (Today’s Tuesday) I asked them if they can squeeze me in and they said yes but the wait time will be 2:30-3h I gave them the keys and walked across the road to regal movie theater, watched the new hunger games and by the time it was done my truck was ready; However they didn’t install the new tires because it rubs a bit and wanted to make sure that’s ok with me. I didn’t answer their call because I was in movie theater! I told them it was fine since it was just the mud flaps so they drove it back into the shop and put the new wheels and tires on. They forgot to give me my military discount when I paid in the beginning and I told them about it when they gave me the truck back and they simply refunded me that discount. Excellent customer service! Would 100% recommend going to this location"
