"These guys are amazing! They work so hard and are always polite and personable. I can order from my car in the parking lot and by the time I walk in they almost have my order done. You can’t ask for better service!"

"I bought the 9 piece chicken. And a large slaw. Well before I could drive home my car started smelling like old dirty grease and when I made it home 40 minutes later my stomach was turning from the smell. Well the 9 piece turned out to be a 6 piece. I took it out to feed the 3 disabled men I take care of and they said it tasted gross like dirty old grease. Never will I buy from this KFC again. I would have brought it back if I didn’t live 40 minutes away."

"Went by there around 1 pm the other day. I asked for an extra crispy meal for the family. They told me it would be a 20 min wait! I would think they would have all types made and ready to go."

"My experience would have been better if my order was a little bit more timely. I placed a pick up order for 5 pm. I placed it at 7 am the same in their own map. While I did arrive 15 min early I wouldn't receive my order for at least 30 min. I had a large dinner order which I asked to be substituted and that was messed up as well. I will say it was very nice. Clean. The staff were great I just it was a bit sooner cause if I arrived at 5 like scheduled I'd worry I wouldn't get it till 5:30. What's the point in scheduling a pick up then"

"On a road trip, my son and I stopped it KFC to get some dinner. It was to be a quick stop because we had a long driving ahead of us. We noticed that everything was clean and well ordered, as we placed our meal and took our seat while we waited for the preparation of our food. As we checked our number we noted that the items were added up correctly and taken correctly and so he had no worries that the order would not be prepared correctly. Soon enough our order was called and we picked up our meal. As we ate our meal I tasted the deliciousness of the chicken as it was well prepared, cook thoroughly, and it tasted wonderful. I've never been able to enjoy KF c's mashed potatoes and gravy it just taste like white flour to me, but the coleslaw tasted fresh crisp cold and tasty. I also like having the option of having a 0 calorie drink from the fountain menu. I would recommend this calf C again to anyone."
