"I order food last night 3/9/24 online and it wouldn't let me put in specific how I wanted my food so my husband went up there to order the 2 for 5 jumbo jack and the guy told him to do it online and we was trying to explain to him what's going on so he said order the burgers and we it come through I'll let my manager know so he wrot down what we wanted on the burgers so I tried to order them it wouldn't let tried again long story short my food was not right and he said I order 6 burgers so I went and took the food back and asked for a refund because I am mad,the guy at the window told me that he can't give me me my money back so I asked for a manager and he said there is not one there so I tried to give him the food and he said I can't take this I said what I am going to do with it he said put in the trash. Jack N the box charged my 30 dollars for some food I didn't order also couldn't eat I want my money back no coupon just my money back and I will never go there again"

"Always mess up on my order it either has missing items or made wrong, food is usually cold and hard. Lettuce smelled old. Guy working at the drive thru was very rude. I was trying to finish my order and he cut me off to tell me the total… when I stated I was not done ordering he was rude about it. Order was missing the fries and didn’t realize until I got home. Tried to call and was sent a text which I found very strange… will not be going back."

"I have on more than one occasion found the employees outside screaming at customers, the District Manager doesn't answer his phone or call back. The employees are often baked beyond comprehension and the food is made incorrectly most of the time and ridiculously priced. Three times I have went a full year without going there, and each time coming back has been a disappointment. Jack in the Box has historically been one of my favorite fast food options. The Aberdeen location has destroyed that for me."
