"Like many who have reviewed, we were driving through South Bend on the way to Long Beach as part of our first Pacific HWY adventure, and passed a little discrete diner with a big man tending an even bigger barbecue. As the smoke drifted into our open car window, we knew we had to turn around and check the place out. We saw they had bbq'd oysters and had to try. 100% and without a doubt, our favorite oysters ever. Smokey, but not overwhelming, and with a tarragon, buttery and something rising above BBQ sauce gravy had me wishing I had planned a little more cash for a second round. The pan-fried oyster tacos were top notch as well."

The freshest oysters prepared with care and you can enjoy them with the beautiful view of the river. My husband and I went there on our way to Oregon and we stopped by again on our way back.
