"DO NOT TRUST THESE WORKERS OR LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, PLEASE!! About a week ago, my boyfriends truck was being worked on here, and over the weekend his truck had the window smashed out, with everything Including subwoofers, Amp, TRUCK REGISTRATION, battery, aftermarket intake, the domelight from inside the truck was ripped out, and hundreds of dollars worth of dirtbike riding gear, plus a ton more. This organization somehow managed to fail to make a police report immediately, but instead they took an entire day to even "notice" it was broken into. There are cameras, but some how his truck being broken into wasn't caught on camera, and no other vehicles in the lot were broken into in that time period. Coincidence? I don't think so. Myself and multiple others are sure an employee themselves, or someone connected to them did this. Im guessing it is someone with the same truck because of the fact the registration, and parts that were ripped out. Bremerton transmission told us they don't have to replace any of the stuff stolen, but we told them we were going to take serious legal action if they do not replace or reimburse for the losses. They finally made a decision to replace the window (with no tint), a cheaper battery, and a stock intake. We are at a huge loss for all of this, and its sad that they are pretty much getting away with it. Again, an employee would have been the only person(s) to know what was in his truck, its completely obvious. All I am trying to do by writing this review is save someone else from getting screwed over by this place. Do not trust them. He doesn't want me to post any pictures of his truck, but here is the picture of the fence that was cut, and someone had gone straight to his truck, like I said before, no other vehicles were broken into. They had this planned, they had to have enough time to carry the subwoofters and everything else."

"I've only had terrible experiences with shops in the past, so I was expecting getting my truck fixed to be a nightmare but this shop exceeded my expectations in every category, which is very rare to say the least...Their customer service was incredible and the whole process was as painless as can be and the price was extremely fair! It's a great feeling knowing there's a great shop close by that isn't full of crooks. I'll definately be returning and plan on referring anybody that I come across that needs a mechanic!"
