"Parts were good but the customer service is awful. We had several issues with our orders and it took a whole month to sort out, and we still ended up over paying 200 dollars. They never responded to my email, and every single time I called, we would talk for a bit and they said they would call me back later on that day with information, and every single time they would never call back. Either they're extremely forgetful or had no intention of calling me back. I would always have to call back to check in on the issue. Highly DO NOT recommend this seller!"
"Well this is nice, the first review and it’s 1 star! I am very disappointed in this situation that I had to face. They have made a mistake and they are making me to pay for return shipping because they have still shipped the order when I called the next business day before the order was confirmed and the rep said don’t worry I will cancel it and will not get the shipped. The rep was rude, all of this was through the email and when I asked to call me back she just ignored. This is not how you do business. I will never purchase a thing from this dealership. So not a parts has to suffer but the sales too. Good luck!"
