"If I could give no stars I would, Horrible service!!! Normally we do our own car work but wasn’t able too because we aren’t allowed to at our apartment so I took an explore in to get a tune up done august of 2022. Simple job right? I provided the oil, oil filter, and spark plugs. Cost was a little over $800. Only thing I noticed at first was they redid the spark plug wire and there was just two hanging not connected to anything just chillin? Thought weird but ok? Didn’t really use the car so it wasn’t till recently that the oil and air filter needed to be changed. Come to find out the oil filter wasn’t on properly it was WAY over tightened and threaded on wrong and took FOREVER to get off and when it finally did it took so much force that it was dented. Not just that! The freakin air filter wasn’t even the correct one! It was too big and just FORCED in. They couldn’t even take the time to get the correct air filter! $800 for a horrible job!!"

"Under new management - Derek is now running the shop with a focus on team building and employee training. I only know this as I asked. I thought I had an exhaust leak and it turns out my truck blew a sparkplug out. His team was quick to diagnose and repair the issue. While it felt expensive, (~$650) it was in and out in one day and it runs like a champ. I'm excited that Derek has taken over. I trust his work and leadership to ensure the best quality possible will come from this location."

"My Subaru came out worse then it went it. Overtightened a belt they replaced and damaged a my AC and quoted another thousand dollars for a part they broke. $1900 later and multiple days in the shop to have my car running worse. Jiffy lube in port Orchard does work for a fraction of the cost and better quality"

"I went into Bucky's today for a free break inspection. They were shorthanded. After checking me in, the manager went out to the shop and completed my brake inspection, and wrote me a quote. It was good reasonable pricing. Found my new shop this is the only place my car will be going to would recommend to anybody."
