"Quality, speed, and great communication! Staff is extremely friendly and provides consistent updates to keep you informed of the entire process with reasonable prices! Took all my worries away. Backstory: I took up my first project vehicle, a 99' Jeep Cherokee XJ. The catalytic converter was stolen during the previous owner's ownership, so it was straight piped with temporary wires holding it up. Fast forward, the tailpipe and muffler fell off and were no longer usable. So, instead, I purchased a new muffler, cat, and exhaust kit from Walker and BRE. However, with no welding experience and a front pipe that was too short to attach the new parts, I was stuck with low time. A few months ago, I spoke with them about my issue, and they told me they would be more than happy to take a look into it. Finally, I took it in today at 0830 after scheduling an appointment yesterday. Brought in my parts and the jeep, and after inspecting the fit, they gave me all the options I have available and communicated anything that came up. Maybe at most an hour later, the full exhaust system was replaced and done. Great price for labor, transparent, communicative, and honest. However, I advise everyone that if you take your own parts, remember that it's not their responsibility if something goes wrong due to the quality of the part. In my mind, I know that if something were to go wrong regarding the parts I gave them, it would be my responsibility. However, they asked if anything is wrong to let them know. I'm definitely coming back in the future for other repairs."
