From Andrea to Edgar to Christian and Tim, as well as emailing with Kaitlynn, we have been impressed with the integrity and consideration in every aspect of the process. We knew little about heat pumps except that one could save us money and scheduled an appointment for info and an estimate. Andrea showed up and her friendly professionalism and in depth information convinced us to move ahead with the project, while the CM Heating policies provided a sense of security and showcased their integrity and customer service focus. We have been very pleased each step of the way. Edgar did a great job setting up our electrical changes while Christian and Tim made quick and conscientious work of the installation of units. We enjoyed their friendly presence here while they worked. After our experience, we are left feeling that we made a smart investment and our house is definitely more comfortable. "Very professional and responsive company. They installed our furnace and AC in a day and moved some gas lines for us. High quality work, cheaper than some other big names in the business and they have 100x better customer service. I’m confident they will stand behind their products and installs because they start with integrity and a customer first mindset. My only minor complaint would be the AC base pad they installed on top of our lava rock and not on the dirt and I worried about out of level conditions. They said they would check it at one year and I’m sure if there were any issue they would promptly fix it."
