"management is not at all friendly and they do not care about the wellbeing of the dogs hosted here. their outside area is a small block of cement, and there is no guarantee your dog will even see that sad area. the employees and management will leave reviews on their own business to keep their star rating from plummeting. super sketchy and i would never trust them with my pet."

"I’m deeply saddened and upset about my experience on Park St today (10.24.22). I’ve been going to Dog Haus for over a year now. We have two dogs that got there today after 9am, which their first meal was around 8am. We picked up our dogs at 6:20pm today and I even thought about bringing their dinner since it’s so close to that time. We realize they NEVER ATE upon arriving to pick them up, as their lunch was still in their containers! Our dogs went 9 hours today without eating–I was ridiculously confused at this fact! 9 hours without eating.. Is that not insane? I mean they could have just fed them before we got there and we wouldn’t have even known.. However, all the workers there today were too busy cleaning so they could leave sooner, as opposed to caring for our dogs. Furthermore, I asked two different workers about the situation and their responses were bewilderment, as one said, “uhhh.. Yeah they didn’t eat” and then she walked off abruptly. I tried to understand why this happened and the Lead, Kayla minimized the situation by giving an insincere apology and even tried to close the conversation. When I tried to emphasize to her how serious this is and how upset I was feeling her response was, “sure.. Yeah.” Dogs are all about routine. It is very possible our dogs could have been barking or pawing at the workers, as they heard or watched the other dogs eat. So, it’s very possible the dogs could have just been locked up and away from everyone if they were exhibiting troubling behaviors. Kayla said her supervisors Audrey and Andrea Hirschfield worked today and no one took the time to care for our dogs. We paid money for our dogs to get neglected today–I’m very disappointed. When the dogs got home they rushed to the water and stayed there for a longer time than usual, so did they even get a water bowl today? My question to you Dog Haus Owners (i.e., Charles Burhans) does Kayla’s attitude and work ethic reflect the values of your business?"
