"This is less of a review for the business and more of a review for the owners. My friends and I were at East Tosa Vet Clinic (next door to GreyHouse) on Saturday for their Pictures With Santa event. While waiting for our appointment in the parking lot, the husband/owner of GreyHouse approached my friend’s van and opened her door to ask her what she was doing there and said the building was not accessible (my friend is in a wheelchair). My friend explained we were there for an event at the vet and he told her she needed to park elsewhere because the vet was farther down - it’s not, the vet is next door and the parking lot is shared and not designated for GreyHouse only. I’m disgusted at the arrogance righteousness this man had to approach a woman who is minding her business in her car, touch her property, and tell her where she needs to be when he knows nothing about her or why she is there. I’m also offended by how dismissive he was to a disabled person and even acknowledged that his business is inaccessible so she couldn’t be there. If you plan to give your time and money to GreyHouse, be sure you are able bodied so you aren’t discriminated against and dismissed. Also be prepared to be questioned about your business in the parking lot."
