"we went into the store maybe an hour after we called them and they never said we needed to make an appointment. we walked in and the first thing they said was ‘do you have an appointment?’ and we said no, because the lady on the phone with us never said we had to have one. piercings take maybe 2-5 minutes and the next appointment she had was at 2:00 and it was literally 1:40. they also never asked if we wanted to make an appointment, we had to ask them and they said that the only place we could go was to mayfair or somewhere else that was an hour away. teenagers working there gave a huge attitude when we didnt have an appointment."

"I bought body jewelry here because it was described as “stainless steel” on the package. I’ve worn nose rings for a long time and never had a problem as long as it was SS, but these products caused a major infection within 24 hours. I tried to get a refund and they refused and there is no way that product was 100% stainless steel. Went back to the store, it was randomly closed in the middle of regular hours. Called customer service (also closed during stated business hrs on website), eventually emailed back and forth and they wouldn’t offer anything more than a 20% off coupon (gosh thanks!) and wouldn’t stand by their product. Truly awful, low class company. I should have known better to expect otherwise."

"Please remember to hold your child's head in place while getting their ears pierced. Especially if they are young. The gun can sometimes jam and in our case it created a bad experience for my daughter ."
