"Beautiful rings, TERRIBLE service. Literally they can’t do exchanges (honor the price I paid), they couldn’t even put the return on an instore credit! They tried to get me to buy the bigger size ring for double what I paid (full price it was not on sale anymore) and than said I would have to come back in and they would issue a credit. The ring never went back on sale! They lied and said they saw it would be on sale this weekend, it’s not. I can’t stand this place."

"Spent months waiting and waiting for any employee/manager to reach out about a custom wedding band. Went into the store multiple times where they would write down what we wanted and say they'd contact custom orders and even reached out on the phone and with email to get any updates. They always say they'll get back to us soon but it's been 6 months and we decided to go with Kesslers instead since the wedding is now so close. Staff is friendly but just not reliable with following up."
