"Had my first of what will be many visits to the Green Bay store. It was a bit busy due the activities downtown but the salesman was very pleasant and made a point of greeting everyone who came in. When he learned I was a first-time customer he explained the store and showed me around, all the while acknowledging other customers comings and going’s and never made me feel like I was wasting his time! I explained what I was looking for and the reason. He confirmed what they had but offered another option, explaining why it probably would be better. Ended up buying more than I planned due to his laidback approach! Then when I got home I googled what I purchased based on his recommendation and he was 100% right-people said the spray he suggested was far better then I had wanted and easier to use. I will definitely be back. Many thanks to Jordan for being so thorough and patient with a newbie like me. His professionalism is a welcome change in the customer service environment and it was clear he likes what he is doing!"
