"I went to sell one console and two games I don't play anymore and was denied on the grounds that they did not have the cash on hand. Nor was there an attempt to offer an alternative, like store credit. This option was one of the few they still held over their competitors."
"Store is never open. I was there multiple times during open business hours and the doors were locked. The last time I was there I noticed someone inside and knocked on the window, they waved me away and made an X with their arms. How does this place even stay in business? Photo taken at 1135 am when sign states they open at 11 am. Went back at 3 pm and the open sign was on, but the door was locked and there was a note attached to the door that said they were on break. That means that at the absolute most they worked three hours and had to take a break! Whoever owns this store, manages this store, and works at this store should really contemplate a career change."
"They don't open when they say they do. Says opens at 10am on Friday, I waited outside until 10:17 with 3 employees inside and they never opened the door. They also kept their phone off so you couldn't call to get anyone in the store"
"Never had an issue going here, however, if the sign says the store is supposed to be open and the doors are locked that's weird. It's 1:30pm on a Thursday and doors have been locked since 1pm so far."
"It was easy to do what I needed to do, Like always even in the pass game stop don't really give you the right rate for trade ins. I'm sure it could be because I was going from a PS4 to A 5. Good amphitheater At this game stop and the works are very helpful and nice."
