Gold Diamond & Design met our timeline expectations, and we encountered no surprises during the entire process. Even some last-minute requests were handled with a "can do", and pleasant attitude. These are true craftsmen (can we say that anymore?), and they create keepsakes (remember those?). They are not in the business of cheap, cheaper or cheapest. "Two small stones fell out of my engagement ring, I got a quote to replace the stones at another jewelry store, and stopped in to get a quote here. Audrey was SO helpful, not only did she quote the stone replacement, she thoroughly explained why the stones fell out, how to fix it, and prevent it from happening again. I picked up my ring a few weeks later and it looks brand new! And Audrey kindly took some links out of the too-big bracelet I was wearing free of charge. John and Audrey do beautiful work and are so friendly."
"I went in today to get a pendant repaired and not only was Audrey the loveliest person I've ever meet, she was extremely knowledgeable (not surprised by the other reviews I've read) and gave clear and concise explanation on the best way to repair my piece.
