"Have a upcoming wedding this April 30th 2023, my bestman ordered a suit from them and because he was having health issues it needed to be canceled, when I went with him to get his refund the same lady that sold the suit now acted like she didn't know English...she claimed she was the sole owner, when in reality some other lady is the owner, she would not give me the owners name, she wouldn't call the owner the lady would not bother to help so what does she do she takes half his money when the receipt says only if the tux is at the store then they get half back. The suit was canceled ahead of time and was not at the store like she stated. My first time with her and will be the last, horrible service."

"I absolutely love the dress I picked out! The alterations that Maria made for me worked out so well. Her work is truly beautiful and I have the perfect dress for homecoming now! She added puffy sleeves and a corset back to my dress and it looks magical. Would 100% recommend."

"Not even worth one star, but Zero stars in not an option. Anahi's Bridal shop is the absolute worst "business"I have ever dealt with. This woman has no shame, no customer service skills, and horrible service, period. If you want to be treated like a customer and not constantly stress over your event, do not do business here. Our wedding party disaster: the Tuxedos were a little cheaper, but out dated suits! Shirts look like parachutes from the 80's. She ordered the wrong size shoes for one of us. We had bridal party from Kenosha, Milwaukee and Chicago and this woman was not even open when she said she would be! Each one of us made made more than one trip at the time she said she'd be there(and wasn't)with ZERO compensation. The tuxes weren't in when she said they were and the dresses were not altered when they were supposed to be done. We had to pay more money to get alterations form another suit shop! And to top it off she kept $20 deposit for a hanger! What a joke! Hope it was worth the $20.00 Anahi's..."
