Time Square Watch Shops

"I took my (older) watch to Time Square at Southridge for a battery replacement and there was an accidental problem with it. I emailed the customer service and got a quick call back from the owner who could not have been nicer. He worked hard to repair my watch and when it couldn't be completely restored, he ordered a brand new watch for me at no charge! The customer service was amazing and the owner is the nicest, most upstanding gentleman. Highly recommend!"

"Where is the 10 stars option?? It was imperative that I post what OUTSTANDING customer service I received from Shannon at Times Square in Southridge Mall. Shannon was extraordinary in every way - courteous, efficient, and extremely accommodating. She repaired my first watch in a matter of minutes, and adjusted the band of my second watch (just as quickly) with tremendous ease. This was the first time I visited Times Square, and I'm not sure I could shop at any other watch store from now on. Shannon spoiled me with the greatest customer service I've encountered in a very, very long time. Beyond grateful is an understatement. Thank you, Shannon!!"
