"I had the windshield on my GMC Terrain replaced today by Glass America in Racine. The process of setting an appointment for the next day was easy, and I was given a 2hr window (1:30-3:30) of when the technician would arrive. At 2:25 I got a call from the technician, Matt, who said he would be at my house about 3pm. He arrived at 2:55 and was finished and on his way out my driveway by 4:05. He was very professional in his work. He said that he's been doing this for 28 years, and it shows. I'd give more stars if I could. The whole process was easy-peezy, and significantly less cost than the competitor whose commercials are seen on TV everyday."
"Matt (our technician) was on time and super friendly. He called the morning of the appointment, when he was on his way AND when the work was completed. He reviewed the work with me and also helped fix a small issue with the windshield trim I've been noticing prior to the replacement. All in all, a GREAT experience and would definitely do business with Glass America again."
