"I have been taking our cars to Oscar for the last couple years. I will be taking our Highlander in for a 120,000 mile service which might include new spark plugs. I say might because, as Oscar says, "I won't know until I pull a plug and look at it", which is different from how the dealer comes at it, which is to say, at x miles, we change the plugs.
