"I needed my Samsung phone screen repaired. I scheduled the appointment last week for today. I put specific notes in to please call if the repair could not be done as my drive was an hour away. Upon my arrival I was told they cannot fix my screen and their computer for Samsung has been down since November! 1) Why was I able to schedule this appointment in the first place?! 2)Why did no one call me? 3)Calling the store to verify was useless as you get sent to a call center who is clearly unaware of the store limitations."

"Had an issue with my business phone freezing. Purchased from Best Buy 2 months prior so I went there first. The geek squad guy was waiting on a lady who was filling out some information so he went ahead and waited on me. I showed him my phone and told him I was in the middle of my work day and really needed it and if he could just see if he could reset it really quick. Told me I would have to make an appointment and come back. I ended up going to Verizon and they fixed it in 2 minutes. I understand there are things that are timely and require appointments but there are also times where you can stop for a moment and help out your paying customer."
