"If I could give a zero star review I would. I wouldn’t recommend anyone taking a device there to be fixed. They have terrible customer service, terrible business practices. Terrible turnovers. Item I had fixed took for ever. I was given the ring around on my device. I had to take it back 3 times for them to properly fix what they messed up. End result my device is still not properly fixed and had to take it to apple. Don’t ever consider taking a device to Mutaz the owner to be fixed here. Most of his phone and table cases are eBay/wish."

"This is not a commercial business . I think people forget that . These guys know how to fix phones and what they replace it with may not last forever because it’s not replaced with with the original product parts but they fix it and it’s worth the price you pay compared to going into Apple or Samsung and asking for a fix . If you don’t like the service or prices or work harder and save more money to go to Best Buy . Otherwise stop complaining . I’m a drunk so I go through phone screens like crazy they fix it everytime within 30 minutes ."

"Went with my friend to get her phone repaired and I would like to start off by saying that the men working in there are disrespectful. They have no knowledge about customer service and after I asked a question one of the workers got very defensive and called me a “smart ass”. I have never been so disgusted by someone’s behavior who is providing a service. The other associate was also of no help and just stood there. They also did not even fix the issue reason being why we came in the first place."

"I don't trust these guys. They use shady business practices. And after looking more closely at the "five star reviews" it's clear to me that they're done by the business owners trying to up their own rating. The ONLY ratings they've done are for the different locations of this shop."
