"I would give negative stars if it was an option. We brought in for a water pump on apu. On Friday, said call us when done. They apparently finished Friday, but guess what, no call. So out truck out in lot all weekend. Now wouldn't the smart thing be, turn on the damn apu???!!!!! Well I guess not. So 3 days later in minus 20 degree weather we are trying to start the truck 10 hours later!!! THESE PEOPLE CALL THEMSELVES MECHANICS. BUT NOT A DAMN BRAIN. ITS ABSOLUTELY RUDICULOUS. SO NOW a late pick up, late load, EVERY.......I REPEAT........EVERY time we have had to come hear it's been a cluster f*co. Then we are charged out the a$$, for their services."

"11.29.17 6:40am. My reefer won't start, vomputer shows lost controlling power. I didn't ask mechanics name. But he was super fast and professional he took me right away and found the problem. I had bad fuel solenoid + blown fuse. Great experience, labor cost lil to high."

"These guys got me right in and began working on my APU immediately. Unfortunately, it took two days and several "false fixes" to figure out the problem and get me back on the road, but they kept me in the loop every step of the way. Everyone I dealt with was real friendly and they have a comfortable driver's lounge (Netflix!) while you're waiting. Would definitely come here again."
