"My sled had a squealing primary clutch after a belt change today. Couldn't figure out the set screw adjustment myself so I called SS. Women who answered was super helpful and told me to bring it over from the Great Northern. Owner of SS came out helped me adjust the belt and didn't charge me anything. Great customer service I wish I would bought a new belt to say thanks but didn't think of it until now. Thought their outgoing willingness to help was great!!"
