"I'd like to live in Door County for a number of reasons, but one would be Nor Door Cycles! The owner is a virtual encyclopedia of knowledge and even though he is always busy, he's willing to have a quick chat and if he can't fix something right away (which he seems to be able to do in about 3 minutes), he'll get it done soon and it's done correctly. On top of all that, it's done at a fair price. Can't say enough good about him - maybe he should move his shop to my hometown?"

"Stretch" overheard and stepped in realizing it was a little more in depth and needed extra experience to diagnose.
