"Great business & great employee's! We rented a 4 seat side by side for 2 days, shortly after starting our adventure the "check engine light" came on. We called them at our 1st stop & they brought us out a new machine to use. Granted it was a "smaller" machine but they had been completely booked for the weekend so we were lucky to be able to get a different machine. This was our 1st visit to Mercer to ride the trails with friends but we will definitely be renting from B&B Adventures of Mercer again!! Just book it & enjoy your adventure!! Thanks again"

"The customer service is top notch! Everything is so well organized and explained. It felt great dealing with people who didn’t leave me guessing or wondering if I missed something! The shop is very clean and inviting and you can tell they put great deal of effort and care in everything they do! The Polaris General was presented outside for us to see when we pulled into the lot. Nice touch! It was clean full of gas and ready to go! And go it did!! So much fun driving new high end equipment. It took the guesswork out of will we make it through that big mud puddle! Our adventure took us all the way to Lake Superior and back. Overall 140+ miles! We did return the units after our agreed upon time so they charged us a late fee. Which they should have. Someone needed to stay late to wash the units up for the next day! We had so much fun and cannot wait to rent Polaris Snowmobiles from them this winter!!"

"What a great time! We’re so happy that Mercer again has a place to rent snowmobiles. The reservation, checkout and return processes were super smooth. The snowmobiles were state of the art with touchscreen GPS systems of the trail maps. (No more stopping at every intersection to pull out the maps!). The staff was great - explained all of the rules and gave us a tutorial of the machines before we left. First class AND the snow was great too! Mercer has an amazing snowmobile club that keeps the trails well-maintained!"
