"This plumbing company is the absolute worst! I contracted with them in 2023 to do the plumbing work when we finished our basement in Wauwatosa this summer and add a full bath and it was one problem after another with them. The concrete they poured to refill the floor after the plumbing was installed was mixed improperly and they had to grind it down and add a floor leveling compound which was a complete mess and it filled my house with concrete dust from top to bottom. Then when our shower unit was installed it wasn't done correctly and I had water leaking outside of the new shower unit and DIRT from the initial excavation work coming inside of my shower as well. I had to call Kohler who then sent a technician to do a service call and the entire unit had to be caulked from all top to bottom to prevent the water leaks and mud running inside. The sink that they installed in the new bathroom also had an air block which slowed drainage significantly. And most recently a month after finishing the job my toilet came loose from the base mounting and had to be tightened down again. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!"

He came out that evening to fix the issue. Things happen in every industry; they quickly made things right which is all that matters. Will definitely continue to use them for our plumbing needs!"

As busy as they were, Danny came out the next day to evaluate the situation, give us an approximate quote and then pulled our pump and replaced it a few days later. We also needed to have our pressure tank replaced and that will be done next week. It's been a really house-expensive summer but when you need water guess we'll have to deal with it. I have never seen harder working men in my whole life! And - I have to say - they were very nice and (very) easy on my 'old' eyes!
