"Pat did an excellent job with our septic system, came in on a Saturday when we had some issues, explained everything he was doing and did a great and thorough job. Highly recommend them. Update: The last 2 times I have contacted him about service, he said he would call me right back and then he did not call back. The one time he said he would call me when he was going to be in our area, after a month I went with someone else. The next time was an emergent issue and he said he would call me right back and he never did."

"McDonough responded with short notice to bring a port a potty. Noticed a crack in our septic cover, and immediately made it a priority to replace before our party to be sure our company was safe. All this on a Saturday morning with our very short notice . One more thing unrelated to the septic , I was about to pound a stake in the ground for a sign, he stops the truck jumps out and says, “ you have dress clothes on and I work clothes on” and proceeded to point the stake in. Remarkable gesture!"

"I had meant to post this review a few weeks ago but we had been so busy with end of summer plans that I let it get away from me. So here I am finally reviewing McDonough septic, as it would be terrible to not acknowledge the way he helped us through our plumbing disaster. Our big plumbing disaster happened two days before we were set to go on a vacation. It was absolutely terrible and stressful and I called Pat late on a weekend. He answered. He then walked us through troubleshooting to help us figure out who we needed to come out there and what was probably going on. He helped us to figure out if it was more likely a plumbing problem or a septic issue. He calmed me down entirely with his expertise and general helpfulness. He made me feel confident that the situation could and would be resolved. He also saved us time and money by pinpointing pretty quickly just over the phone what the most likely problem was and which direction to head in as far as repair goes. Pat has done this in the past for us one other time where I also Google reviewed him because he came through in such a pinch and helped us out so thoroughly, going above and beyond. It was because I had that previous experience with Pat McDonough where he helped us out in another plumbing disaster that I called him this time, as well. And I am so glad we did. We had our plumbing nightmare resolved in time to go on vacation in less than 2 days time on a weekend. We call him in a crisis and we call him for our general septic pumping needs. I will always call Pat for our septic pumping needs, as I trust him and he has come through for us so many times that I will stay a loyal customer! Thanks Pat (and sorry that this review took a month to get up)!"
