"They came out October 2022 to do an estimate. Gave them down payment. June 2023 comes around and we get an invoice for the remainder. Should we have called between those dates, yes, that was on us for them still having the down payment. BUT invoice comes, we had NO clue any work was done. Have not heard from them since estimate. Called several times and emailed questioning the work. We were never called to have it scheduled. Nothing was left at the home to inform us it was done. FINALLY in November I get a TEXT response after calling several times. 2 pictures and a "work was done please pay". Horrible way to do business. All it would have taken was COMMUNICATION on your end. Let us know the work is scheduled, let us know the work was done! Do not recommend this company at all as they do not communicate at all."
