"I didn't receive any service from them, but I was in a bit of a bind. I rent our home, and the blower fan on our furnace quit running. Our rental company sent out an HVAC tech from another company. They "fixed" it, and left telling us it was all good, and as soon as they left, the blower fan wasn't turning on, and our thermostat was not powered. I didn't see who came out, they didn't tell me who they sent, and calling my rental company's emergency line over and over resulted in nothing. It was nearing 5 o'clock, and I decided to give Blue Ox a call. Sandra told me that unfortunately there was nothing she could do, but she told me that I was very kind, and that the call had made her day, and she felt really bad she couldn't do anything to help. She was the only person I talked to. Her and the technician that was here. Sandra made me feel like I was taking care of, and even though they didn't do anything, I felt more taken care of than with anyone else in this whole fiasco! Hopefully one day when I own a home, I'll have the pleasure of having them come out and service my house! Sandra, thank you very much! I truly appreciate it!"

"Horrible technician, spent an hour at my house doing absolutely nothing! I am not even confident he opened my furnace. I had another technician out the following Monday for a tuneup who found a filter in my furnace and that I had two faulty issues that he failed to locate. When asked about water near my furnace I was told it was condensation when it was actually a leak! Photos are from competitor that came the following Monday. BEWARE!!"
