"We blew a tire out on I90 while driving cross-country on a Friday and were in a rush to get our car back on the road asap. Very thankful that Todd was the only person available to look at it on a Saturday morning because he is a real pro: he was able to wrangle us up some new tires despite it being the weekend and cut us a good deal to boot. He really made a stressful situation feel much more manageable, not an experience I've really had at any other auto shop. Thanks a bunch Todd, I don't anticipate breaking down in Rochester again any time soon, but if I do I will certainly take my car back to you!"

"If you need anything done to your vehicle this is the shop to go to in town! I'm currently writing this review while they are still working on my truck but I have been so utterly impressed by Todd and his staff that I felt a need to write this now. Todd is here to help you as much as he possibly can. They do a very thorough inspection of your vehicle and the biggest part about it is their communication with you along the way. I have an extended warranty on my vehicle that I figured wouldn't cover some of the repairs however Todd went to bat for me and saved me over $600 by contacting them. They don't try to upsell you on parts you don't need and they are genuinely here to help you. Anything and everything moving forward with my vehicle will be done by Rochester Auto Care!"
