"I am very disappointed and displeased of thier policies. Great people and very caring. But I brought my cat in two times in one week spending more money than I could afford. And by the third visit for a follow-up which was very needed because my cat was not better, they made us turn around out the door because I couldn't make my payment for her visit in full. I spent lots of money in that first week to wear the follow-up landed on the 1st of the month, And I could not afford it nor not eligible for credit plans or scratch pay. How are you going to turn an animal around and not care for her? I did appreciate the nurse who gave us recommendations. But I've brought my whole family of pets here.
