"Good quality of work for the $1200 quote. New to the asphalt crack and seal as it's never been done on a new to me property. Called and left a voicemail after the job was complete with no return call with a few questions for a few weeks. Talked with Heather weeks later, who claimed she is the Office Manager, and boy did I have an experience. Not professional at all with threats to put liens on my property if the bill wasn't paid, argumentative, worried about the bill rather than concerns/issues, and wouldn't answer questions. After 4 requests to Heather about connecting with the owner; the owner Chad called within minutes after disconnecting with Heather. Awful customer service for a "office manager". Chad on the other hand, super nice guy, answered my questions and had his crew return to fill in cracks that were missed! He took care of the issues and answered questions. I will not be back to this SealKing as long as Heather is on staff which is unfortunate because the team and Chad took care of everything. Wish I could provide a better review because it's deserved, but Heather ruined it for all. A few of my other neighbors have found better customer service in the Eau Claire area after conversations in question what their experience was like."
