"I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!! Extremely rude, not professional what so ever. I called to get my furnace checked out because it wasn't heating only blowing cold air, he said he would be out next day and he would call before he came. I let him know at that point where the furnace was located which is under the house. Next day he just showed up no call first, but at least he was there. I hardly got a sentence out when he cuts me off in an angry attitude " what!! your furnace is under there! I'm not going to waist my time going under the house to look at it, if it's under there then it probably needs to be completely replaced." Then going on about how it's illegal for it to be under there and he's not going to risk his license for that. At this point I'm completely took off guard by his attitude. I told him the furnace was installed by a professional and it's been under the house for years.... His reply " oh I don't believe that for a second." And he proceeds to tell me if you're having financial difficulties then you should call Indianhead action agency out of Ladysmith. See if they will replace the furnace because it can't be under there.then he walks away and leaves...... I was furious to say the least ."

"They came to my house in April to look at hooking up a gas line for my new gas cooking stove. He said he would get back to do the work around memorial weekend. He never showed. I called him back in mid June and he said he would get there on a rainy day in the next few weeks. He never showed. I called through out the summer all the way to September and October to his number where an older man answered his calls and he said he would give him the message and he would contact me. He never called once. I can’t rate his quality of work, but by far the worst professional courtesy. I would not trust this company by any means."

"They did a great job replacing my water heater in June 2019. I had noticed that my furnace was going bad so they told me that they would come back in September and replace it. They did not follow through, and they left a woman without heat in the north woods of Wisconsin. The worst part was that it was covered under warranty that I was paying for up front, and I actually asked them to to add central air conditioning while replacing the furnace. I have never been so appalled by the lack of customer service in my life. The most unfortunate part is that there were two contractors that wanted to replace my furnace and I told them that I was loyal to this company. Now I’m struggling to find a company to replace my furnace. It’s getting cold and they simply dropped the ball and even lied to the warranty company and told them that they had already told me they could not do the work. I have their estimate on paper in front of me right now. So unfortunate, but I’m sure that I will find a better company and I hope that you do as well. It’s quite distressing to be lied to, but it happens and I just want to give people a heads up. Apparently my $6000 job was not enough money to draw them in."
