"Over Memorial Day weekend, when our 25 hp Mercury sounded an alarm tone after it warmed up, I contacted Michael with Three Dogs Marine, who diagnosed the problem over the phone as a faulty water pump and ordered a replacement kit. He made a house call and serviced the motor the day after parts arrived.
