Mister squish man is elderly now and they let me know that depending on the chart of reference, he may have the beginning stages of kidney disease. Very helpful to plan and provide the best care for my children."

"I will never go elsewhere. They care about their patients and their crazy owners. They explain everything in detail and are up front on costs which are very competitive. They avoid costly procedures if they can. When you call with questions or concerns most vets will say the animal should be seen before they can answer anything, but at CVVH you will not only get a call back, but it will be from the vet themselves with helpful information. I have rarely had to bring our pups in after a phone call and the times I did was with good reason. Also, they offer boarding at competitive rates and it provides piece of mind to know the pups are in the care of their doc while we are away."

"They have become like what I hear friends say that many of the metro area vets have become pushing services and ridiculous charges. I have been a customer for nearly 10 years here. A 2 minute exam and yearly shots was just under $300 for a dog! This is what I pay for an extensive physical and multiple blood tests at my own annual physical. They also pushed the lime shot and said it was $40 and was a two part shot we had to come back for 2nd part in a couple weeks. When I brought my dog back for 2nd shot they charged me another $55!! Another $40 for the part 2 of shot and $15 for a tech to give it. I even questioned this 2nd charge and said I already paid for the shot during the main exam and shots visit. They said this was an additional cost. Oh and also pushed more services again.... Time to start using a basic immunization event at a Petco clinic etc. Use vet if injury etc."

"I called to ask if they could help my 17 yo cat with Euthanasia. She can no longer walk without falling and eating only about a tsp a day. I was told because she was not a current client that they would not take her, they would not help my suffering cat. My previous vet is permanently closed in Woodbury. Disgusting experience!"
