"The room was filthy.Staff did not offer accommodations that might have been cleaner. This was check in staff. I gave them a one star because the hot tub and the pool.Were both working and there was a continental breakfast. The photos were the heart register, wall, and refrigerator."

"Disgusting. “Why does it smell so weird”, was the first utterance from our party. One bed had a visible dried stain on the fitted sheet and black hairs in the bed. The other bed had 3 dried stains on flat sheet. We immediately left and will NEVER return. Please, shut this place down!"

"We rented the gathering room and pool area for a children's birthday party on a Sunday afternoon. Price was reasonable, interaction with management was excellent, facilities were perfect for the event. I can't rate the room because we didn't stay in a room."

"The hotel itself isn’t too bad but the front desk lady was extremely rude. Me and a friend stayed there for one night and I paid for the stay on my card and then she made me give her a 90$ cash deposit for whatever reason and we got there at 9pm and only got to swim in the pool for a couple of hours,, check out time was still 11am even tho we checked in so late, we missed breakfast, and then after we checked out we brought our things to the pool and personally every hotel I’ve been to they normally don’t care if we continue to use the pool, but we go to the pool and swam in it for about 10 minutes not even and the lady who checked us out began yelling at us and asking why we were in the pool and said to leave immediately and that we had no common sense,, now, I understand that completely not being able to use it after check out but she didn’t NOT need to be disrespectful or yell at us the way she did, it was completely disrespectful and beyond rude. Never in my life have I been yelled at like that over something so small. Nobody was using the pool, I would’ve even offered to pay to just use it for an hour but I got screamed at instead. This place has so much potential it just needs better staffing."
