"I have used this service for snow removal for two seasons. All was fine except for this recent storm when I was informed that the snow was “too heavy” and I would have to wait until the next day once the storm passed (why? will it be “lighter” the next day?) He also added that the charge would be double. It’s so unfortunate when you put your trust in a hired service and they let you down and talk down to you. I also used them for fall clean up and gutter cleaning. The fall clean up was good. The gutter cleaning was acceptable. One of the guys dented my gutter and the owner tried to tell me that I really needed a new one (it was only five years old)."
